WHAT IS STARLIGHT?

Stralight Community is a place for the relatives, friends, partners, wives, in fact anyone who shares their life with a veteran of the conflict in Northern Ireland.A place to chat, have a laugh, spend a bit of time discussing anything that interests them - and also a place for talking about subjects closer to home, like PTSD and its effects on the veteran's loved ones, benefit advice, or just talking about things that are causing pain or distress. Talking about such things is not easy but Starlight is a place where, in talking to others in similar positions to yours, an answer or a way forward might be found. 
It can be whatever you need it to be, in total confidence.
